the purpose of this system is printing on soft gelatin capsules on a main part of capsules manufacturing .

the machine of soft gelatin
will be modified where the capsules will print any specification, logos, or arts clearly without any missed out for the specification of printed logos .

the first stage to the manufacturing printed soft gelatin capsules is prepare " the gelatin ribbon which be in a liquid form "temp 60 c" this ribbon " will face a cold smooth surface (casting drum )temp 18 c .

this surface change the liquid form to be a ribbon where can be printed before shaping under rotary die in the second stage by using print machine model 1 , which controlled by computer .

the last stage is delivering the printed ribbon again to machine capsules to complete the manufacturing of capsules .

So this model doesn’t affect by the shape or the size of the capsule because it is printed out before formatting.
